The Folliday Inn

Perfect place for a beach vacation! Our room was super clean with a beautiful balcony looking out over the pool. Only ~5 min walking distance to the beach access point as well as other shops/restaurants/bars in the area. Very friendly staff who were open to feedback. We will definitely stay here again!!

This was fantastic for a short family beach vacation. We knew going in that most of the value was in the location--which is wonderful, two short blocks from the beach and no need to carry any valuables. There's a shower at the pool area to get the sand off, and the air-conditioned porch around the rooms has space to dry swimsuits and leave sandy things. Our room felt a little small but had everything we needed.

Loved our stay in room 11 2 queen beds, bathroom, table chairs, storage, pool right around the corner. It was warm and peaceful everyone was friendly. Would stay here again. Could do without the GIANT roach flying on my face *outside* while packing stuff to the car to go home was in no way fault of the inn. Just beware when it’s dark.

What a perfect spot!! The location can’t be beat, literally a 1min walk to all the restaurants and then a 2 min walk to the beach! The room was so cute and COZY! We loved having the glassed in patio area outside our door. It was so fun to sit on the couches and play UNO! The pool is beautiful, although we didn’t get in this time. Cornhole. Everything we needed for a perfectly chill R & R weekend! Pics w our gold cart, so fun! They had the sweetest Halloween celebration for the island on property

We’ve been coming to Folly for several years and often stayed at Tides, but this stay made us fall in love with the Folliday Inn. The location is great with an easy beach access route. The pool was never crowded and super relaxing, plus we loved that we could bring our dog and enjoyed sitting on the big porch of the Barrelback Room. We also loved all of the beautiful landscaping and butterflies it attracted. It was such a peaceful trip. We definitely plan to stay here again.

What a gem! This was my husband's and my first time to Folly Beach, and it certainly won't be our last -- The Folliday Inn was a huge part of what made our visit memorable. Check-in was seamless, and they had the lights on for us in our room as we checked in late. Communication was great. The space was clean and cute, the beds top-notch, and the vibe, in general, fit the location beautifully. The pool was peaceful, clean, and refreshing, and being 5 months pregnant, the pink flamingo float they had was *so* lovely for floating around. Location is perfect, so close to everything, but super quiet. The grounds were also stunning. 10 out of 10. The Folliday Inn will be our stay for all future visits!

Absolutely loved my stay at the Folliday Inn! The room was exactly as described but better than I imagined. My room was really clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and super clean. Of note, while there is a mini kitchen, it is bare bones. There is absolutely no silverware. So if you bring food or leftovers, make sure you pack some silverware. There is a microwave and mini fridge. Coffee maker. Two tiny cups. The location was relatively quiet. Thankfully my neighbors didn’t make much noise. I got great rest! The pool is lovely. The beach is an easy five minute walk. Restaurants, bars, downtown, all within 5 mins. I stayed 4 days and never used my car once! I really enjoyed it and will definitely stay here again.

Love this place! One of the more affordable spots in folly beach, especially considering the close proximity to the beach. The pool area was lovely and we got a chance to meet the owners who were absolutely friendly and accommodating. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they were perfect for my friends and I who were just looking for a place to rest throughout the week. This is one of the cleanest and cutest places to stay in folly beach! Also, loved the easy check-in and check-out process. 10/10!
